“Me and my wife just moved back to Spencer after being away for 40 years. We were disappointed in the restaurants in the area, but someone told us about Mulligans and it did not disappoint. The food and service was very good. We have been there 3 times and was good every time. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars was the Cuban sandwich was very good but small. I would definitely recommend this place.”
